This June, LM was proud to take part once again in the Elifar Foundation Challenge 2025 – an unforgettable day in support of a charity that has been close to our hearts since the very beginning.

LM has supported The Elifar Foundation from its inception, with our own Neil proudly serving on the board. The foundation provides essential support and specialist equipment to children and young adults with severe learning difficulties and physical disabilities, helping to improve their quality of life and independence – and we’re honoured to stand alongside them in their mission.

This year’s challenge brought together a fantastic team of eight from across the retail property industry, with industry friends and clients giving it their all alongside team LM. Behind the scenes, three dedicated LM volunteers helped with organising and delivering another brilliant event.

While we didn’t retain our tug of war crown, team spirit was stronger than ever – and we’re already looking ahead to the 25th anniversary of the Elifar Challenge next year. We’ll be back, and aiming to reclaim that title!
