This project is one that feels particularly special. We are proud to have leased seven standout street food brands for Brent Cross’ new 20,000 sq ft street food market, District, which was recently featured in the Evening Standard.

The line-up brings together an exciting mix of flavours and cuisines, reflecting London’s diverse food culture. Three Uncles will serve their much-loved traditional Cantonese dishes, while Smatcha caters to the ever-growing demand for matcha. Oshpaz introduces authentic Uzbek cuisine, and Pasta Remoli brings expertly made homemade pasta and pizza. Adding to the variety, Yaay Yaay Thai delivers the vibrant taste of Thai street food, with Smoky Boys and Sides Fried Chicken set to open soon.

District represents more than just a food destination. It is a place designed to showcase independent operators, celebrate culinary diversity, and create a social hub for the Brent Cross community.
