Earlier this year, our team came together in Cambridge to celebrate our people, welcome new joiners, and reflect on the successes we’ve achieved together.

We began the day with a visit to Lion Yard, a scheme we have proudly worked on for more than a decade on behalf of our client Aberdeen. It was a valuable chance to revisit a project that has been such an important part of our journey.

From there, we took to the water for a punting tour with Cambridge Punting Tours, who combined local history with plenty of fun. Bubbles and scones were served on board, sparking the age-old debate of whether jam or cream should come first.

The day concluded with a three-course dinner at Market House Cambridge, where we continued the celebrations. In true LM fashion, our new joiners were welcomed in style with obligatory fancy dress to round off the evening.

It was a memorable day for the whole team – a chance to pause, connect, and celebrate the culture that makes LM such a rewarding place to work.
