LM provides retail, restaurant and leisure leasing and asset management advice on Cabot Circus, Bristol. The Bristol Alliance ownership includes the prime locations of Broadmead, Horsefair and Quakers Friars, which isa unique and evolving portfolio that creates a highly successful destination.
Our instruction involves supporting the formulation and implementation of a proactive asset management strategy including attracting new, unique and market leading brands to the region, regenerating unloved buildings and creating new thriving neighbourhoods. We are challenged to attract and secure occupier brands to the Southwest to help underpin its competitiveness, and maintain Bristol’s position as a creative, inclusive and diverse City.

We have been part of the Bristol Team since 2012 and have been through a range of macroeconomic cycles and localised change..
The key to our partnership and success is proactively using this experience, knowledge and insight to continually evolve our strategy ahead of retail and leisure trends, economic conditions and wider city changes.
Joint results
Recently, the re-anchoring of Cabot Circus with new lettings to M&S and Odeon has marked a significant turning point. It has sparked a resurgence of demand and a genuine sense of excitement in the city, as major beauty brands compete for space and high-quality fashion brands follow suit. We have leveraged this positive momentum across our clients’ wider portfolio, particularly along Broadmead. As a result, we have adjusted our strategy for The Estate’s redevelopment, unlocking opportunities to drive substantial rental growth.
