Project Spotlight: Westquay Southampton

Since 2023, we have been working closely with our client Hammerson to strengthen Westquay’s position as the South Coast’s leading retail and leisure destination. Our focus has been on securing a vibrant mix of brands that both enhance the customer experience and reinforce the centre’s regional dominance.

This approach has already delivered significant results. Recent lettings include Garmin’s first UK boutique store, Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s 100th UK and Ireland opening, and Space NK, the cult beauty brand with a growing global presence. European fashion powerhouse MANGO and Italian beauty specialist KIKO MILANO have also joined the line-up, alongside Charles Tyrwhitt, who chose Westquay for their 50th UK store.

These lettings are the product of a clear strategy: to further elevate Westquay’s retail and leisure offer by implementing proactive asset management initiatives and unlocking the right space for the right brands. By combining decades of retail expertise with deep industry connections, we have been able to deliver a tenant mix that not only drives footfall but also sets Westquay apart from other destinations across the region.

With our expanding specialist retail team and the largest F&B and leisure team in the industry continually seeking out emerging and established brands, there is more to come. Westquay is already a benchmark for retail and leisure on the South Coast, and with further lettings in the pipeline, its position will only strengthen.
