Responsibilities
I specialise in restaurants and leisure, handling both Landlord and Tenant Rep instructions. My goal is to curate best-in-class locations and provide insight-driven advice to support my client’s growth and market strategies. My client relationships include Pradera Lateral, Sovereign Centros, Hammerson, Schroders, Nando’s and Redical.
Industry Perspective
The leisure sector continues to develop, with new IP-based entrants appearing alongside established brands. We are actively encouraging our clients to find new ways to adapt to the rapid progress of AI and digital integration. Our focus on collaboration and innovation enables us to integrate different models to build successful and sustainable partnerships.
Most rewarding professional challenge
The demise of select department stores has had a huge impact on many Landlords. We have advised on numerous repositioning exercises where leisure has been a vital component. Playing a part in revitalising these spaces and creating new customer experiences is hugely rewarding for me personally.
