Responsibilities
My focus is advising shopping centre and high street landlords on the day-to-day asset management of retail and leisure assets, in both London and across the wider UK. My approach is to think strategically and creatively to curate, regenerate, or reinvigorate an asset, depending on where it sits in its lifecycle. My client relationships include CBRE IM, Redical, NewRiver REIT and Pradera Lateral.
Industry Perspective
The world of retail and leisure is ever-evolving, which makes it an exciting place to be. As Gen Z and soon-to-be spending Gen Alpha have a greater influence on our market, new trends and brands will emerge. My role is to keep our clients tuned in to these changes and advise how they can continue to make their assets market leading.
Proudest Career Moment
It’s hard to pinpoint one moment! I have been fortunate to work with some great people and brands. Adding Aesop, Boggi Milano, Byredo, and bloobloom to Victoria Leeds and Canary Wharf were really progressive transactions at the time and underpinned my creative approach and market knowledge, ultimately helping to set new benchmarks for brand curation and destination retail.
