Responsibilities
I specialise in leasing retail, leisure, and mixed-use schemes across the UK. The heart of my role is to provide strategic and future-proof advice based on data, experience, and insight to pension funds, private equity investors, and local authorities. My client relationships include: L&G, NewRiver REIT, Arora, and The Acai Group.
Industry Perspective
Experiential retail is the name of the game. It is no longer enough to build a tenant mix of traditional nationals and expect success. This focus on customer experience has led to an evolving tenant mix and drives us to continually innovate to create opportunities for new, different and exciting brands.
Proudest Career Moment
My first deal at LM was a basement bar in Liverpool, a city close to my heart. Previously a Chinese buffet, it was challenging to let and needed significant modernisation. It’s now really successful, and enjoying a drink there with friends was a proud personal and professional moment.
