A key part of my role is providing leadership and support that enable our Leasing Team to deliver best-in-class advice, resulting in exceptional outcomes for our clients. Alongside this, I remain a hands-on advisor specialising in leasing strategies and their execution for major regional, city centre, and out-of-town shopping destinations. My major projects include Lakeside, Metrocentre and Westquay Southampton, as well as working for clients including Hammerson, Pradera Lateral, Aberdeen Plc, NewRiver and Sovereign Centros from CBRE.

Many brands are integrating advanced technology into their stores, such as automated click-and-collect machines, robotic replenishment systems, and virtual and augmented reality experiences that allow consumers to explore products before purchasing. These innovations enhance the overall shopper experience and are helping to make physical retail more engaging and attractive in an increasingly digital world.
