Ultimately, as joint MD, my role is to protect the legacy and secure the future of LM by building a team that is empowered to innovate, feels rewarded and has a sense of belonging to where they work. This means our team can do their very best for our clients. In conjunction, I am still a hands-on advisor to our clients giving practical and professional advice to help drive asset value and solve complex asset management challenges.

I have been involved with numerous “deals”, both big and small, that I look back on with great pride. However, nothing gives me greater pleasure than watching the LM team function, whether this be in front of clients, in the office or when we are “relaxing” together as a team. The LM family is very special.
