Legal & General, New River, Burger King, and Tempur.

Experience is everything right now. I strive to banish dull formats and tired fit-outs, replacing them with exciting, bold, and innovative occupiers. That is the key!
What’s a retail experience that has shaped how you think about the industry?
Selfridges’ continuous progression to remain at the pinnacle of the UK department store market is a great example of how retail never stands still, and the customer journey is paramount.
