Responsibilities
I am a lease advisory specialist advising on major UK shopping centres, working closely with investors and institutions. I am a specialist in central London, representing Boots, and restructuring leases to unlock redevelopment and asset management opportunities. In addition to my client work, I am proud to be a champion of equality in the property sector, serving on the RICS Diversity Panel, participating in conference panels, and contributing to the industry press. My client relationships include Cabot Circus, Westquay, and Victoria Leeds.
