My role within our F&B & Leisure team is to provide support to both landlord and tenant clients by identifying opportunities and helping to convert these into new lettings. As I am relatively new to the industry, I am keen to continue developing my understanding and skills by learning from the leading F&B team in the sector.

The F&B and Leisure industry is particularly dynamic, so I’ve quickly learned to keep a close monitor on the new concepts coming through. The growing focus on health and wellness cannot be ignored! It is no longer a short-term trend, but a lifestyle that strongly influences how people eat, socialise and spend their leisure time. This shift has driven demand for concepts such as padel, which is experiencing significant growth and shows no sign of slowing down. It’s fascinating to see how operators are innovating and evolving their offers to stay ahead of the competition.
