My role has two key aspects: providing leasing and consultancy advice to landlords across the UK on restaurant and leisure strategies, and acquiring sites for established F&B occupiers. Both require insight, experience, and deep knowledge of shopping centres, high streets, and mixed-use destinations. My client relationships include Canary Wharf Group, Hammerson, Pradera Lateral, Southern Co-op, Simply Fresh, and Buzz Bingo.

With my leisure hat firmly on, the rise of immersive IP experiences over the past couple of years has been extremely exciting. Our favourite films and shows are being turned into live, walk-around worlds, blurring the lines between entertainment and escapism. As technology continues to advance, I’m curious to see how far we’ll push the boundaries of how we ‘define’ leisure.
