Responsibilities
I advise on acquisitions and disposals of all kinds of retail investment properties, providing cash flow modelling and investment analysis. I have extensive hands-on experience and insight in town centre and shopping centre investment, and specialise in working on instructions of this type across the UK. My client relationships include Northdale, Sorbon Estates, Hammerson, RivingtonHark, and Swiss Life.
Industry Perspective
I believe the purpose of my role, and that of my clients, is to help realise value – whether that’s in buying an asset with a deliverable business plan or executing a disposal strategy. Every part of that journey to transaction must be driven by accurate data and rigorous financial modelling.
