Responsibilities
With over 20 years of experience, I have an in depth knowledge and extensive experience of leading leasing instructions across prime shopping and leisure destinations. I work with a range of clients across the UK, helping shape and deliver their strategies to drive growth. In recent years, I have concentrated my expertise on Cathedral Cities and key M25 commuter towns, ensuring these locations attract the best brands and punch above their weight. My clients include Pradera Lateral, Hammerson, LaSalle, APAM, NewRiver REIT and examples of my current instructions include Cabot Circus Bristol, The Glades Bromley and Chantry Place Norwich.
Industry Perspective
I’m proud to be a positive role model for females in the property industry, especially those who come from less wealthy backgrounds. Increasing diversity in the industry is essential to ensure we attract proper creative talent. Curating experiential leisure and retail destinations is such a fun job – this opportunity should be open to all!
Proudest Career Moment
Securing a new anchor letting to M&S in Cabot Circus, Bristol, was the culmination of several years of repeated approaches and rejections that finally came good! To be involved in such a significant letting that will fundamentally change the City Centre shopping experience has been such a thrill. The whole city is buzzing with anticipation!
