Responsibilities
I specialise in shopping centre leasing for major UK landlords. My network of clients is broad, and I work on a wide range of national instructions – from Glasgow to Guildford. Being brand-aware and understanding how the needs of occupiers and landlords continually evolve is key to how I make relationships work and find the ‘perfect fit’ brands for a destination. My client relationships include Braehead, Glasgow; The Lexicon Centre, Bracknell; The Friary Centre, Guildford; The Chimes, Uxbridge; Water Gardens, Harlow; and The Quadrant Centre, Swansea.
Industry Perspective
Retail places – and shopping centres in particular – are evolving into lifestyle destinations. My role is to support this shift by building strong connections between landlords and retailers to deliver spaces that meet the needs of today’s ever-changing consumer.

Stay curious and always ask questions! It’s one of the most effective ways to learn, grow, and build stronger relationships.
