I also advise landlords of some of the most prestigious shopping centres in the UK, such as Lakeside, helping to create a vibrant and successful tenant mix. Over the past decade in the industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the restaurant and leisure market which has allowed me to provide expert advice to clients in a fast-moving environment. Key occupier clients include Wendy’s, Slim Chickens, Black Sheep Coffee, and JD Wetherspoon. I also act for landlords such as Pradera Lateral, Hammerson, and M&G Real Estate.

Exciting and innovative concepts are continually coming to the market, and this is especially true in the leisure sector, where operators are bringing well-loved TV programmes, films and shows as playable live experiences.
