LM will utilise its four decades of experience in the industry to tailor and diversify each scheme’s tenant-mix, providing leasing solutions to drive footfall and growth.

The schemes total more than 1m sq ft of retail space, comprising the Exchange, Ilford, a well-connected shopping centre boasting over 300,000 sq ft of retail space across three levels. 17&Central Walthamstow, a 260,000 sq ft shopping centre now neighboured by a new 495-apartment residential scheme and ‘The Mall, in Wood Green, a vibrant 540,00 sq ft centre in the heart of the town.
